DELETING BOARD COOKIES AND BROWSER CACHE
You need to do this if logging in is problematic ...
Firefox: Tools menu > Delete Private Data : check all boxes and Clear
IE6: Tools menu > Internet Options > Delete Cache then Delete Files. IE7 was similar if I recall
Internet Explorer 8: Tools menu > Delete Browsing History : check all boxes and Delete.
